Our Rental Process
STEP ONE
Complete Online Rental Form
Our rental form outlines our policies for rental insurance, rent credit, auto payments and late fees. Once complete, you will recieve a confirmation email.
STEP TWO
Instrument Pickup
You will get an email within one business day when your rental is ready for pickup. Come in during our store hours to collect your instrument. We'll give you a call after a day or two if you need a reminder.
FINISH
Drop-off Anytime
Return anytime during our business hours. Rentals are month to month and not pro-rated for early return within a monthly billing cycle.
